Chris Miller is a glass artist and instructor based in Chicago whose work bridges precision, curiosity, and vibrant creative energy. Drawn to bright, versatile color combos like yellow, orange, red, and white, his palette reflects a bold approach grounded in technical control and artistic clarity.
When he’s not at the torch, Chris dives into the worlds of math, science, golf, and guitar — a mix that mirrors the sharp balance between logic and creativity that defines his art.
His guiding principle is simple, yet deeply rooted:
“The only real valuable thing is Intuition.”
Influenced by renowned Venetian glass artist Cesare Toffolo, Chris brings a thoughtful, intentional presence to the studio. Looking ahead, his sights are set on scientific research and development — applying the skills of a glassblower to push boundaries far beyond traditional art.
